Angular for Web Development - IDEA
The HMI’s developed by IDEA for each of 3 use cases was designed as a web application and was developed in javascript with the Angular framework. This, will help the consortium to continue the exploration of the technologies within the TEAMING AI project!
Angular is a Google-supported open-source, JS-based software engineering framework for creating user interfaces (front-end). Its origins may be traced back to 2009, when Google developers Misko Hevery and Adam Abrons created the AngularJS framework, which was officially launched in 2010.
Google introduced Angular 2 in September 2016. The gap between the old and new versions of AngularJS was so significant that you couldn't simply upgrade from one to the other.
Angular is an open-source app development framework based on TypeScript. It makes use of the JavaScript-based TypeScript programming language. Although JavaScript is the best programming language for creating single-page apps, can it also create SPAs that are modular, testable, and developer-productive? Maybe not. As a result, Angular employs TypeScript to address the majority of the challenges that arise when utilizing JavaScript alone in front-end web development.
