Technology Assessment from an Employee's Perspective
On November 24, 2022, Thomas Hoch presented TEAMING.AI at the Science Conference on Technology Assessment from the Workers' Perspective. The science conference is aimed at experts and scientists on the topic of digitalization and work, as well as advisors to works councils. Together with representatives of the state chambers and trade unions, the future of work in a digital age has been discussed. The aim of the conference is to derive concrete recommendations for action for companies and works councils from the current state of scientific knowledge to better assess the rapid technological progress in the workplace. As our work at TEAMING.AI is shaping the future workplace of factory workers, we want to engage into this discussion early on. In this way, the digitalization of the world of work can be used as an opportunity for everyone and the interests of workers can be optimally represented in the future.
